Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to Building, Engineering, and Forensic teams, ensuring efficient job lifecycle management from instruction to completion.
  • Coordinate job creation, allocation, scheduling, inspections, travel, and logistics while liaising with consultants, clients, and third-party providers.
  • Deliver high-quality client service by managing stakeholder communications, client portals, reporting requirements, and ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Maintain accurate data across business systems (e.g., Actionstep, CRM, databases) and support document preparation, quality assurance, and record management.
  • Monitor operational performance, prepare reports and KPI dashboards, and support leadership with timely business insights and reporting.
  • Support financial administration including invoicing, billing coordination, revenue capture, and collaboration with finance teams.
  • Oversee office and resource management, including procurement, inventory control, archives, PPE, equipment, and facility coordination.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and business standards.

A successful Admin Operations Co-Ordinator should have:
