Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial strategies and plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
