Job Description

The Finance Process Specialist will join on a 12-18 month contract, and primarily be tasked with the following:· Lead complex accounting operations with strong technical expertise to ensure accurate, compliant outcomes.

· Drive end‑to‑end process transformation to improve efficiency, controls, and automation readiness.

· Deliver high‑quality financial insights and reporting for strategic and operational decisions.

· Assess workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

· Partner with automation, Shared Services, and cross‑functional teams to implement optimised processes.

· Represent Accounting on major initiatives to ensure policy, regulatory, and business alignment.

· Provide structured reporting on findings, root causes, and improvement recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are seeking for this Finance Process Specialist role should clearly demonstrate:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced capability with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, optimisation, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exposure to finance transformation, shared services, or automation initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

What's on Offer
