We are on the lookout for an experienced Financial Controller looking to take the reins of financial management. We've partnered with a leading manufacturing business in Laverton to play a key role in driving end-to-end financial success.

Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights.
  • Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for financial sustainability.
  • Lead and mentor the small but productive team.
  • Review and enhance internal controls.
  • Coordinate and manage year-end audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Proven experience as a finance manager/controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple accounting software's + excel.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
