Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in driving continuous improvement across safety, health, and environmental performance.

You will:

  • Champion and embed a proactive site-wide safety culture
  • Lead HSE systems, compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives
  • Manage injury management and return-to-work programs
  • Oversee environmental compliance, including regulatory requirements
  • Partner with leadership to integrate HSE into all operational decisions



The Successful Applicant

You are a hands-on and influential HSE professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can engage stakeholders at all levels.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in HSE within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in injury management and workers compensation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A formal qualification in Work Health & Safety
