Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Leverage of EPC / OEM Perth network across Mining Tier 1's & 2 customers
  • Utilise your technical and engineering background to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) should have:

  • A solid engineering or technical background, ideally within the mining or industrial sectors.
  • A strong network and proven experience in the mining industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.
