Job Description

  • Support the preparation and delivery of client reports, including performance, portfolio valuation, trading activity, and risk metrics
  • Analyse portfolio data and contribute to performance attribution and investment insights
  • Provide timely market and portfolio data to support client servicing and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with automation and enhancement of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Respond to ad-hoc client and internal requests, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of information
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support client relationships and service delivery for institutional investors (e.g. super funds, insurers, asset owners)
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
  • Conduct research on macroeconomic trends and fixed income markets to support investment discussions and client communications
  • Build strong technical skills in Excel, data analysis, and financial tools, alongside developing effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong fixed income & macro knowledge (e.g. interest rates, bonds, markets)
  • Advanced Excel & data skills (reporting, analysis; VBA a plus)
  • Analytical & detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prepare and interpret portfolio reports
  • Good communication skills (client-facing support)
  • Interest in financial markets & investing
  • Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Team-oriented with high integrity and accountability
