Job Description

The interim Management Accountant will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Monitor and manage cost controls to optimise financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Provide insights into financial trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong excel skills & experience dealing with large data sets - Power Query
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly & prior experience dealing with an ERP system
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
