Job Description

The Role

  • Lead and expand an OT Cyber Security practice across utilities and critical infrastructure
  • Advise boards and executives on OT cyber risk, resilience and regulatory obligations
  • Shape and deliver OT cyber offerings aligned to IEC 62443
  • Provide technical leadership across OT/ICS security architecture, segmentation and monitoring
  • Guide OT SOC / CDRC uplift and OT‑safe security operations
  • Build, mentor and lead high‑performing OT cyber teams
  • Own practice performance including pipeline, delivery quality and growth

The Successful Applicant

About You

  • 10+ years in cyber security with strong OT/ICS experience
  • Background in utilities or critical infrastructure preferred
  • Hands‑on exposure to SCADA, PLCs, RTUs and OT networks
  • Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT cyber architecture
  • Experience with Australian critical infrastructure obligations (SOCI, CIRMP, AESCSF)
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, regulators and technical teams
