Job Description

  • Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategies in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead the analytics department to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk assessments and threat mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of cybersecurity solutions for operational technology systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and policies.
  • Mentor and guide team members to build expertise within the cybersecurity practice.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Practice Lead OT Cyber Security should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of operational technology and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven experience in leading teams within the Energy & Natural Resources industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and their application in cybersecurity.
