  • $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Fully Expensed Vehicle
  • Full-time | Permanent | WFH flexibility once established

About Our Client

We're partnering with a well-regarded organisation to recruit a Regional Finance Business Partner based in the Northern Rivers. This is a high-impact role working closely with regional leaders and operational stakeholders across multiple sites, providing both financial oversight and strategic support.

This position suits someone who enjoys being embedded in the business - combining strong technical finance skills with stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making.

Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across a portfolio of sites
  • Deliver monthly reporting and provide meaningful insights on performance, trends, and variances
  • Partner with regional leaders to support decision-making and improve financial outcomes
  • Provide commercial support through business cases, modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Monitor funding and ensure resources are allocated and used effectively
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system and reporting enhancements
  • Support financial capability uplift across non-finance stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Strong experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accounting role
  • Proven ability to influence and engage with non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP / BI tools highly regarded
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
