Job Description

This role will take ownership of the Australian sales function, leading a small, high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships. You will be responsible for setting direction, coaching performance, and driving consistency across pipeline, forecasting and execution.

Alongside core leadership responsibilities, there is a significant opportunity to shape growth strategy across emerging markets, particularly Southeast Asia. You will work closely with international leadership while bringing a local lens to go-to-market strategy, identifying where the business can expand and how to best execute.

A key part of the role is creating alignment and culture within a relatively autonomous office environment, bringing energy, structure and leadership presence to a team that benefits from strong, visible management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading sales teams within SaaS, martech, or creative technology environments
  • Strong coaching capability with a track record of improving team performance
  • Background in complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Comfortable operating in a small team, high-ownership environment
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
  • High level of maturity and ability to manage people, culture and performance effectively
  • Experience building or expanding into new markets is highly regarded
