Job Description

  • Analyse and document business requirements to support technology-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and refine project objectives.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new systems to meet business needs.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues during project lifecycles.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in business analysis within ability to support with project management and product requirements
  • Proven experience in working with technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with project management frameworks or methodologies.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in business, IT, or a related field.
