Seeking an RG146-qualified adviser to convert warm inbound leads into property-led wealth and debt structuring strategies. This is a high-volume, sales-driven advisory role suited to a commercially minded closer rather than a passive relationship manager.

Job Description

Convert warm inbound leads into new advisory clients

* Conduct Zoom/Teams strategy consultations

* Present Statements of Advice (SOAs) and wealth strategies

* Advise clients on property-led wealth creation, tax strategies, and debt structuring

* Manage high-volume client conversations and follow-ups

* Build trust and drive client conversions through strong presentation skills

* Work closely with the dealer group licensing framework and compliance requirements

* Qualify inbound opportunities and identify suitable wealth strategies

* Educate clients on residential property investment and portfolio growth

* Collaborate with internal teams to progress client implementation

* Maintain accurate client records and compliant advice documentation

* Proactively manage pipeline activity to maximise conversion outcomes

The Successful Applicant

RG146 qualified with wealth/advice industry experience

* Strong ability to convert warm inbound leads into clients

* Confident presenting SOAs and advice strategies to clients

* Commercial, sales-driven, and high-energy mindset

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Experience with property investment, wealth creation, or debt structuring preferred

* Strong Zoom/Teams presentation and communication skills

* Proactive approach to pipeline management and client engagement

* Understanding of tax planning and strategic wealth structures advantageous
