Our client is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end finance activities. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play an important role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while supporting the business through ongoing system and process enhancements.
Own key month-end, balance-sheet, compliance and audit processes, ensures accounting treatments comply with Group policies and applicable accounting standards, and builds effective relationships across Operations, Merchandise, Sales, Marketing and Group Finance.
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in analysing financial data and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
