Despite boasting a comprehensive product portfolio, our clients core competencies sit within the distribution of engineered pumps, spare parts, and ancillary components, as well as technical support, maintenance, and system optimisation services.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the role will include but won't limited to the following: The development of new business growth across industrial and mining sectors, identifying and securing opportunities with operators, EPCM's, and tier two contractors to expand market share and generate new revenue streams.The ability to engage in consultative, solutions-based selling, working closely with clients to understand site-specific challenges and position tailored pumping and fluid handling solutions that enhance operational performance.Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting and networking through to tendering and closing, building a strong pipeline and establishing long-term partnerships in highly relationship-driven markets.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following:Previous experience with pumps or rotating equipment is essential.Previous experience or the demonstrated ability to drive new business within competitive and remote geographical areas within WA.Existing professional network within either mining, wastewater or general industrial environments.What's on OfferSupported through new leadership, our client is revisiting the opportunity to add an additional resource within the mining and industrial space within WA with a more fluid focus driven by the successful individual. The role offers the opportunity to join an established organisation within a transformative phase with the potential to design the role to suit existing networks and operational strengths.
