With operations spanning Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the Americas, they partner with major organisations across mining, oil & gas, defence, and pharmaceutical sectors.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined QLD territory, with a focus on the greater Brisbane region and key industrial hubs.Key responsibilities include:Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities within mining, chemical processing, water, and industrial sectorsBuilding strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across customer organisationsManaging the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closeDelivering product presentations across a diverse portfolio including seals, gaskets, mechanical seals, and expansion jointsDeveloping and maintaining a strong pipeline, forecasting sales activity, and tracking performance against targetsConducting regular client visits and acting as the face of the business in the fieldMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunitiesCollaborating internally to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account developmentThe Successful ApplicantYou are a driven, commercially minded sales professional with experience in industrial or technical environments and a strong track record of winning new business.You will bring:Proven field sales / Busisness Development experience within industrial, engineering, pumps, valves, or related sectorsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close dealsExposure to selling technical or multi-product solutions into industrial clientsEstablished networks across manufacturing, mining, or processing industriesExperience managing a sales pipeline and delivering against targetsConfidence engaging with stakeholders at all levelsA technical aptitude (ability to understand drawings, systems, or applications is advantageous)What's on OfferCompetitive Salary Base of $95,000 to $105,000 AUD.Generous $20,000 car allowance to support your travel needs.12% superannuation contributions to secure your future.Uncapped commission structure to reward your sales success.
