This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.Key responsibilities include:Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, performance metrics, journals, reconciliations, and month‑end adjustmentsMonitor and analyse manufacturing costs across materials, labour, and overheadsReview sales revenue and margins across multiple business unitsSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles, including 3‑way financial models and bonus calculationsDrive reporting efficiencies through automation, system improvements, and process optimisation in collaboration with IT and FinanceEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policiesProvide commercial and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑makingManage asset movements, capital project reporting, and inventory controlsSupport audit processes, including financial audits and FBT preparationThe Successful Applicant You are a commercially minded Management Accountant who enjoys working closely with both finance and operations.
