K92 is perfect if you're searching for a place to settle in for the long term and make a positive impact on the people around you.Job DescriptionThe Mobilisation Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end mobilisation process for new employees, including expatriates, to Papua New Guinea (PNG). This role plays a key function in coordinating visa and work permit applications, travel logistics, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all personnel entering and exiting the company.· Manage end-to-end mobilisation for new hires, including expatriates, ensuring smooth deployment to PNG· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely mobilisation, including documentation and pre-deployment requirements· Oversee visa and work permit processes for PNG and Australia, ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations· Organise travel and accommodation logistics, supporting cost-effective and compliant FIFO workforce movements· Maintain accurate records, track visa expiries, and support onboarding and travel processes· Contribute to HR operations through reporting, invoice processing, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-team collaborationThe Successful ApplicantIdeal candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong track record working with a FIFO based workforce.
