As the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the entire HR function through advising and partnering with management on HR issues. You will also be in charge of implementing and developing new policies and processes, implementing HR initiatives whilst coordinating new HR systems from start to finish.
This role is responsible for developing and managing the operational and strategic delivery of HR and compliance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice and assurance to the Executive team regarding HR recruitment, work health and safety, wellbeing, employment/industrial relations and retention.
