This role primarily exists to provide a secondary support to the People & Culture Manager in all aspects of generalist people related activities. The People & Culture Partner is responsible for providing generalist HR advice, service and operational support to primarily the Technology functions, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and procedures and HR best practice. This position will also provide support to the Finance, Legal and Data functions as required.
Senior Management Position
The role of the Senior HR Manager is to effectively manage HR Policy and Process, localization of global HR policies, manage, oversee and monitor HR compliance process and represent in external markets. Work with local experts to create HR strategy, methods to build a global approach to deal with the differences of various cultural, legal, and other variables.
