We are therefore excited to be able to support the technology community by launching the Michael Page Technology CIO Mentoring program.

He’s currently the GM of Technology at Officeworks and previously worked as head of Digital, data and Talent IT at Coles and lead Principal at Deloitte. She brings diverse perspectives and a strong understanding of implementation that works. Prior to Pointsbet she was the Head of Change Delivery at Specsavers and Project Management Officer National Lead at Toll Group.

Felicity has been the CIO at Orora based in Melbourne, Australia since 2021 and previously worked at KPMG Australia and Swiss Wellness.  Felicity has had a career grounded in IT consulting, expanding to multiple roles in executive IT leadership creating visionary programs to underpin and accelerate business strategy. She has delivered start-up and complex digital transformation programs, working with multi-cultural and diverse international teams. Felicity has also worked to build program management experience in health, wellness, pharma, FMCG, government, telco as well as construction.

Craig’s experience has covered a multitude of areas from project management to Chief Information Officer at The Salvation Army. During his tenure at The Salvation Army, he was responsible for merging two Salvation Army Information Technology Departments including Salvos Stores, Aged Care Plus and Employment Plus. This included the design and implementation of the new IT operating model consisting or people, processes and technology supported by the development of a National IT Strategy. Post-merger will be responsible for the national delivery of IT Services to over 10,000 staff including aged care, retail stores and employment services.
