Lead end-to-end contract administration across a busy pipeline of industrial, commercial and large-format projects, reporting to the GM and working closely with project and site teams. You'll drive claims, EOTs, variations and cost controls, build strong subcontractor relationships, and bring disciplined contract governance, stepping into genuine autonomy within 3-6 months.
The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the HRBP with contracts, onboarding, systems and general HR coordination across the business.
