Reporting to the SR HRBP, you will be the main HR partner across 4 sites in NSW who collaborates with all levels of leadership, including executives, and employees to drive HR strategy and solutions forward.Serve as an employee champion and change agent demonstrating a strong emphasis on increasing leadership capabilities, driving employee engagement, and promoting a high-performance work culture for supporting all the generalist HR activities, including but not limited to reviewing and advising on HR policies and processes across the business and managing ER/IR across the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing two key projects. The first project involves consolidating two imaging and reporting systems (Syngo Dynamics to Philips/ISCV) for Cardiology into a unified platform. The second project entails ICT commissioning a new Orthopaedic unit for the Hospital, with an expected Go Live towards the end of this year. Additionally, there might be smaller projects that will require your attention.
