Reporting directly into the International HR Manager, this role will work closely with a remote team of HR professionals and the Site Manager in Australia. As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for the employees in the Warehouse (around 50 pax) and provide support across a range of HR and WHS activities, whilst also have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects.

This standalone 0.8 FTE role is responsible for leading recruitment and onboarding team members, coordinating learning and development activities, leading culture and health and wellbeing initiatives and providing generalist HR support across the organisation's offices.
