Our client is seeking a well-credentialed safety professional to drive safety performance across an engineering and manufacturing-focused workforce. This permanent position is based in O'Connor and offers an excellent opportunity to support growth in safety outcomes and culture.
The WHS Manager will lead and manage workplace health and safety strategies across a complex and fast paced meat processing plant. With a focus on driving a strong safety culture, and maintaining positive employee outcomes, this is a role well suited to a well-rounded people and safety leader. This role is based in Cowaramup and requires a proactive approach to ensure positive outcomes for staff and stakeholders.
Facilitate the development and submission of claims across all divisions, interface with stakeholders and support effective financial and commercial management. This includes the support and delivery of the annual budget forecast of variation/costs reporting.
